<b >Hey here is your answer

( { \frac{ - 5}{2}) }^{(3x + 2)} \times ( { \frac{ - 2}{5} )}^{( - 11)} = { (\frac{ - 5}{2}) }^{(8x - 2)} \\ \\ ( { \frac{ - 5}{2}) }^{(3x + 2)} \times ( { \frac{ - 5}{ 2} )}^{( 11)} = { (\frac{ - 5}{2}) }^{(8x - 2)} \\ \\

All these have same base so,

3x + 2 + 11 = 8x - 2 \\ \\ 3x + 13 = 8x - 2 \\ \\ 5x = 15 \\ \\ x = 3

So x = 3 .

Hope this helps you
