Answer :

x = 16°

The two supplementary angles are 80° and 100°.

Solution :

Given,

5x and (6x + 4) are supplementary angles.

We know that,

Sum of supplementary angles = 180°

→ 5x + 6x + 4 = 180°

→ 11x + 4 = 180°

→ 11x = 176°

\boxed{ x = 16°}

Hence, the angles are

5x = 5(16) = 80°

6x + 4 = 6(16) + 4 = 100°
