Find the value of x if

 \sqrt{ {( \frac{3}{5} )}^{1 - 2x} } = 4  \frac{17}{27}. \\  \\

 = ( { \frac{3}{5} })^{1 - 2x} = ({ \frac{125}{27} })^{2} \\

 \implies \: ( { \frac{3}{5} })^{1 - 2x} = (({ \frac{5}{3} })^{ {3 })^2} =( { \frac{5}{3} )}^{6} \\

 \implies \: ({ \frac{3}{5} )}^{1 - 2x} = ( { \frac{3}{5} )}^{ - 6} \implies \: 1 - 2x = - 6 \\

 \implies \: 2x = 7

x = \frac{7}{2} = 3 \frac{1}{2} \\
