Find the value of x if the mean of 2,3,x,and 5 is 4

 \frac{2 + 3 + x + 5}{4}  = 4

2+3+x +5= 16

10+x =16

x = 16-10

x =6

mean = sum of no. / total no.

therefore, 2+3+x+5/4 = 4

= 5+x+5=16

= 10+x=16

= x=6
