solution:

x = 2 +  \sqrt{3}  \: and \:  \frac{1}{x}  = 2 -  \sqrt{3}  \\
Now, putting these value.

 \sqrt{x}  +  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{x} }  =  \sqrt{2 +  \sqrt{3} }  +  \sqrt{2 -  \sqrt{3} }  \\  =  \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{2}  \\  = 2 \sqrt{2}
