 =  >  \frac{0.9}{0.6}  =  \frac{x}{3}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{90}{60}  =  \frac{x}{3}  \\  \\  =  > 60x = 3 \times 90 \\  \\  =  > 60x = 270 \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{270}{60}  \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{27}{6}  \\  \\  =  > x = 4.5
