5x² - 6x - 20 = 0
dividing by 5 both side, we get
x² - 6/5x - 4 = 0
x² - 6/5x + (6/10)² - (6/10)² - 4 = 0
(x² + (6/10)² - 6/5x) - (6/10)² - 4 = 0
(x - 6/10)² - (6/10)² - 4 = 0
(x - 6/10)² = (6/10)² + 4
(x - 6/10)² = 36/100 + 4
(x - 6/10)² = 436/100
(x - 6/10) = √436/√100
x - 3/5 = 2√109/10
x - 3/5 = √109/5
x = √109/5 + 3/5
x = (√109 + 3 )/5
