 =  >  \frac{14}{x}  + 3 - 1 =  \frac{5}{x}  + 1 \\  =  >  \frac{14}{x}  + 3 - 1 - 1 =  \frac{5}{x}  \\  =  >  \frac{14}{x}  -  \frac{5}{x}  + 1 = 0 \\  =  >  \frac{9}{x}   + 1 = 0 \\  =  >  \frac{(9 + x)}{x}  = 0 \\  =  > 9 + x = 0 \times x \\  =  > x =  - 9
