AOB=LINEAR PAIR=180°

= 2x+10°+80°=180°

=2x+90°=180°

=2x=180°-90°

=2x=90°

=x=90°/2

=x=45°

if AOB is a straight line

then <AOB = 180 (BTW that's the symbol for angle)

hence, x+ (x - 3) + (2x - 5) = 180

x + x - 3 + 2x - 5 = 180

4x - 8 =180

4x = 188

x = 188/4

hence, x = 47

Therefore the measure of x will be 47°.
