Answer :-

Since, FH is a straight line and JG is a transversal meets FH at G .

then,

→ ∠FGJ + ∠HGJ = 180° (linear pair)

→ 121° + ∠HGJ = 180°

→ ∠HGJ = 180° - 121°

→ ∠HGJ = 59° .

Now,

• CE || FH .
• AJ is a transversal .

So,

→ ∠HGJ + ∠ADE = 180° . ( Exterior angles on the same side of the transversal are supplementary. )

→ 59° + (x + 50°) = 180°

→ x + 109° = 180°

→ x = 180° - 109°

→ x = 71° (Ans.)
