Since two sides of given triangle (bigger one) are identical,

Therefore it is isosceles triangle.

That implies,

x can be devided into two equal parts,

So apply Pythagoras Theorem and find half part of x as :

 {37}^{2}  -  {12}^{2}  = 1225

 \sqrt{1225} = 35

This implies x/2 = 35

Therefore, x = 35×2 = 70
