x -  \frac{x + 1}{2}  =  \frac{x + 2}{3}  \\ x =  \frac{x + 2}{3}  +  \frac{x + 1}{2} \\ x =  \frac{2(x + 2) + 3(x + 1)}{6}  \\ x =  \frac{2x + 4 + 3x + 3}{6 }  \\ x =  \frac{5x + 7}{6}  \\ 6x = 5x + 7 \\ x = 7
