10 - 4(x-5)=x+10 \\  10 - 4x + 20 = x + 10 \\ 30 - 4x = x + 10 \\ 30 - 10 = x + 4x \\ 20 = 5x \\ x =  \frac{20}{5}  \\ x = 4
