Answer: 70 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the base be a and b

By using Pythagoras theorem :-

(37)^2 = (12)^2 + a^2

a^2 = 1369 - 144

a^2 = 1225

a = 35

Now again by Pythagoras theorem

b = 35

x = a + b = 70cm
