Answer:

(2/5)^-4-(-5) = (2/5)^2 x

(2/5)^-4+5 = (2/5)^2 x

(2/5)^1 = (2/5)^2x

1 = 2x

x = 1/2

x = 0.5

{\huge{\overbrace{\underbrace{\blue{Solution}}}}}}

 { (\frac{2}{5}) }^{ - 4}  \div  { (\frac{2}{5} )}^{ - 5}  =  { (\frac{2}{5} )}^{2x}  \\  \\  { (\frac{5}{2} )}^{4}  \div  { (\frac{5}{2}) }^{5}  =  {( \frac{5}{2} )}^{ - 2x}  \\  \\   {( \frac{5}{2}) }^{(4 - 5)}  =  {( \frac{5}{2}) }^{ - 2x}  \\  \\  { (\frac{5}{2} )}^{ - 1}  =  { \frac{5}{2} }^{ - 2x}  \\  \\ -  1 =  - 2x \\  \\ x =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\
