Sum of 2 interior angles = Exterior angle

60° + 60° = 4x - 80°

120° = 4x - 80°

120° - 80° = 4x

40° = 4x

x = 40/4

x = 10

Answer :-

The Exterior Angle Property of a triangle states that the sum of two interior opposite angles equals to the exterior angle.

Given,

1st Interior Opposite Angle (1st A)  = 60°

2nd Interior Opposite Angle (2nd A)  = 60°

Exterior Angle = (4x - 80)°

Thus,

60+60=(4x-80)

=>120=4x- 80

=>120+80=4x

=>200=4x

=>200\div4=x

=>50 =x

Verification :-

LHS = 60° +

= 120°

RHS = 4x-80

= 4 × 50-80

= 200-80

= 120°

LHS = RHS hence, verified.

Thus,

The value of x is 50° and the Exterior Angle (4x-80) equals to 120°.
