X=50+70 ( exterior angle property of triangles)

X=120

or

50 +70 + angle 3=180 (angle sum property )

120+angle 3=180

angle 3=180-120

angle 3 = 60

angle 3 +angle X = 180 ( linear pair of angles)

60+x=180

X=180-60

X=120

METHOD 1

By angle sum property ,

Sum of 3 angles of triangle =180°

Lat the third angle be y

therefore

70°+50°+y=180°

y=180-120

y=60°

x+y=180° ..... by Linear Pair

x+60=180

x=180-60

x=120°

METHOD 2(Shortcut for you)

According to exterior angle property the sum of 2 interior angle is equal to the exterior angle formed by the opposite facing side

therefore we can solve it directly

x=70°+50°

x=120°
