Given (-3/2)^6 * (4/9)^3 = (1/2)^3x

 \frac{3^6}{2^6} *  \frac{4^3}{9^3} =    (\frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}

 \frac{2^6 * 3^6}{2^6 * 3^6} =  ( \frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}

1 =  ( \frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}

Apply log on both sides, we get

log (1) = log  ( \frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}

log (1) = 3x * log  (\frac{1}{2})

3x =  \frac{log (1)}{log ( \frac{1}{2} )}

3x = 0

x = 0.

Hope this helps!
