$\frac{3^6}{2^6} * \frac{4^3}{9^3} = (\frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}$

$\frac{2^6 * 3^6}{2^6 * 3^6} = ( \frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}$

$1 = ( \frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}$

Apply log on both sides, we get

$log (1) = log ( \frac{1}{2}) ^{3x}$

$log (1) = 3x * log (\frac{1}{2})$

$3x = \frac{log (1)}{log ( \frac{1}{2} )}$

3x = 0

x = 0.
