Hello!

10x = 6 ( 3 + x )

⇒ 10x = 18 + 6x

⇒ 10x - 6x = 18

⇒ 4x = 18

⇒ x = \dfrac{\sf 18}{\sf 4} = \dfrac{\sf 9}{\sf 2} = \sf 4.5

Cheers!

10x  = 18 + 6x \\ 10x - 6x = 18 \\ 4x = 18 \\ x = 18 \div 4 \\ x = 9 \div 2 \\ x = 4.5
