⇒ x - 2x = -30 + 10
⇒ -x = -20
⇒ x = 20

The ques is x-10 = 2x-30
So,first we need to re arrange it by keeping all the constants at one side
then it will be = -10+30 = 2x-x
which is equal to = 20 = x (2-1)
So x = 20
