Answer:

X°=100 ,Y°=60° and Z°=20°

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN:-

  • PQRS is parallelogram

SOLUTION:-

consider ΔPQR,

Z°+Y°+100°=180° (angle sum property)

Z°+Y°=80°-----------(1)

Consider ΔPRS,

60°+X°+third angle=180°

third angle=180°-(60°+X°)

third angle=120°-X°----------(2)

and Z°=120-X°-------(3) (Alternate angles)

We know that,

In a parallelogram gram opposite angles are equal.

that implies,

<P=<R

60°+Z°=Y°+(120-X°) (from 2)

60°+(120°-X°)=Y°+(120°-X°) (from 3)

Y°=60°

Substituting in (1);

Z°+Y°=80°

Z°+60°=80°

Z°=20°

Substituting in (2);

Z°=120°-X°

20°=120°-X°

X°=120°-20°

X=100°

HOPE THAT HELPS!!
