Answer: x + y =2

3x+4y=8

4x+3y=6

12x+16y=32

12x+9y=18

7y=14.

y=2

3x=8-8=0

Answer:

2

Step-by-step explanation:

equation

                3x + 4y = 8..(1)

                4x + 3y = 6 ..(2)

1st equation multiply by (4) and 2nd  equation multiply by (3)

then,

            12x + 16y = 32

            12x + 9y = 18

we get,

             7y = 14 and y = 2

we put the value of y in any equation

then,  3x + 4y = 8

           3x + 4×2 = 8

             3x + 8 = 8 and 3x = 8-8 = 0

            x = 0

now the value of x + y = 2 + 0 = 2
