Answer:

3 x + 4 y = 11 ....(1)x 3

4 x + 3 y = 10 ....(2)x 4

3) 9 x + 12 y= 33

4) 16 x + 12 y = 40

(-)7x (-)0 =-7

x=1

put put the value of x in number(1)

therefore 3x+4y=11

3(1)+4y=11

3+4y=11

4y=11-3

4y=8

y=8/4

y=2

so(x+y)=1+2

=3
