Given,

Pair of linear equations,

  • 2x + 3y = 0 -------(1)
  • 4x - 3y = 0---------(2)

To Find,

  • The value of x + y.

According to question,

From equation (1) & (2),

2x + 3y = 0

4x - 3y = 0

+ + + (Adding)

________

6x = 0

↪ x = 0/6

x = 0

Put x = 0 in equation (1), We get ;

↪ 2(0) + 3y = 0

↪ 0 + 3y = 0

↪ 3y = 0

↪ y = 0/3

y = 0

Now, we ask to find x + y,

↪ x + y

↪ 0 + 0

0

Therefore,

The value of x + y is 0.
