It has opposite angles equal.

∴ x = 180 - 80

     = 100°

∴ z + 40 = y + 180 - x - 40

              = y + 80 - 40

              = y + 40  

∴ z = y

As sum of two angles is equal to opposite exterior angle

∴ z + y = 80

∴ z = y = 40°

∴ FINAL ANSWER IS x = 100°, z = y = 40°
