Given data in the questions are,

x=54

y=-13

We have to find ,(x+y)+(x-y)

putting the value of x=54 and y=-13 in the expression

(x+y)÷(x-y)=[54+(-13)]÷[54-(-13)]

adding 54 with -13 , but one plus and one minus ,we get 41 and

subtracting -13 from 54, we get 67

Dividing 41 by 67 we get, \frac{41}{67}

Therefore, \frac{41}{67} is a required answer.
