Let the angles of the triangle be

3y, 2y and 40°

Then by angle sum property,

3y+2y+40 = 180

5y = 140

y = 28

Therefore the angles are 84, 56 and 40

Step-by-step explanation:

40+2y+3y=180degree (angle sum property)

40+5y=180

5y=180-40

5y=140

y=140/5

y=28
