so,
slope of AB = slope of CD { as the point are parallel }
(7 - y) / ( 2-3) = (6 + 4) / (0 - 1) {slope = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) }
(7 - y) / (-1) = (10) / (-1)
7 - y = 10
- y = 10 - 7
y = -3
