Let the point of intersection in figure be O and

horizontal line intersecting O be MN.

DON(2y)=MOC by vertically opposite angles

COB(5y)=AOD by vertically opposite angles

MOA(5y)=NOB by vertically opposite angles

All angles are added up to 24y

24y=360° (Complete angle)

y=360/24

y=25
