x = 0
.: 6*0 - 2*y = 14
0 - 2y = 14
-2y = 14
=> y = 14/-2 = -7

when x = 0 then,

6x-2y=14

6(0)-2y=14

0-2y=14

-2y=14

-y=14/2

-y=7

y=-7
