AO = DO (radius of circle)

implies angle D = angle A

BO = CO (radius of circle)

implies angle C = angle B

And as angle O in both the triangles is equal as they are vertically opposite angles

implies angle A + angle D = angle C + angle B

= 2 times angle A = 2 times angle B (because angle D = angle A and angle B = angle C)

implies angle A = angle B

implies y = x

Now x+y can be written ans x + x as both y and x are equal.

Thus we need to find the measure of 2x.

And as measure of not even one angle is given so we can't find the exact measure of x+y.
