(p/q)^(3x+2) =(q/p)^(2-x)

(p/q)^(3x+2) =(p/q)^{-(2-x)}

(p/q)^(3x+2) =(p/q)^(-2+x)

3x+2=-2+x

3x+2=x-2

3x-x=-2-2

2x=-4

x=-4/2

x=-2
