The intersection point (3,-1)will satisfy both equation.

so,

ax+by=9

3a-b=9 -------(i)

and

bx+ay=5

3b-a=5 -------(ii)

on solving equation i and ii

b=3

by putting the value of b in (i)

a=4

hence,a=4 and b=3.

putting the value of (3,-1)

we find two equations

3a-b= 9 -----1.

(3b-a= 5 -----2.)*3

And adding both equation

we find b=3

& a=4
