√13-√11÷√13+√11 = a - b √143

 \frac{( \sqrt{13} -  \sqrt{11} ) \: ( \sqrt{13}   -  \sqrt{11})}{( \sqrt{13}  +  \sqrt{11}) \: ( \sqrt{13} -  \sqrt{11} )}
(13 -  \sqrt{143}  -  \sqrt{143}  + 11) \div 13 - 11
24 - 2 \sqrt{143}  \div 2
 \frac{24}{2}  -   \frac{2 \sqrt{143} }{2}
12 -  \sqrt{143}
Therefore, a = 12 & b = 1
