 \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{3 -  \sqrt{2} } \\ rationalising \: them  \\  \frac{(3 +  \sqrt{2} )}{ {3}^{2}  -  \sqrt{2 {}^{2} } }  \\  \frac{9 + 2 + 6 \sqrt{2} }{9 - 2}  \\  \frac{11 + 6 \sqrt{2} }{7}  \\ so \: a =  \frac{11}{7} and \: b =  \frac{6}{7}
