Answer:

3 \div (3 + 2 \sqrt{2} )  + 2 \div (3 - 2 \sqrt{2} )   = a + b \sqrt{2 }

3(3-2√2)+2(3+2√2) ÷ (3+2√2)(3-2√2) = a+b√2

(9-6√2+6+4√2) ÷ 3^2-2√2^2 = a+b√2
