Answer:

,3−√5) /(3+2√5) = a√5 − b

=> (3−√5)/(3+2√5) * (3−2√5)/(3−2√5) = a√5 − b

=> [(3−√5)(3−2√5)]/[(3+2√5)(3−2√5) ] = a√5 − b

=> (19 − 9√5)/(-11) = a√5 − b

=> -19/11 + (9/11)√5 = a√5 − b

=> (9/11)√5 − 19/11

a = 9/11

b = 19/11.
