Find the values of ∠A and ∠B if ∠A and ∠B are supplementary such that ∠A=(2x+10)° and ∠B=(6x−46)°.

Answer:

supplementary angles means their sum will be equal to 180 so

<A+<B= 180°

putting value of <A and <B

(2x+10°)+(6x-46°)=180°

8x-36°=180°

8x=216°

x= 216°/8

x = 27

<A= 2*27+10 = 64°

<B = 6*27-47=116°
