Given,
first zero = a
second zero = b
Sum of the zeroes,
a + b = -a / 1
a + b = -a
a + a + b = 0
2a + b = 0 .....(1)
Product of zeroes,
ab = b/1
ab = b
a = b/b
a = 1
Substituting the value of a in (1),
2(1) + b = 0
2 + b = 0
b = -2
Hence,
a = 1
b = -2
Hope it may help you!!!
