A=-4, b=8,c=7,d=-3

Acc. To me,

You see the both matrix are order 1*3

So it is given both are equal

So just equal element of first row and 1st column to another matrix.simlarly 1 row and 2nd column and...

You found

a+3=-1 then a=-4

4=c-3 then c=7

-2=d+1 then d=-3

b-6=2 then b=8.
