{-(2)(m+1) +- √[4(m+1)^2-4(3m+1)]}/2(3m+1)=0
-2(m+1)+-√[4(m+1)^2-4(3m+1)=0......
where m should not be equal to -1/3
just solve above eqn.... u will get m
