2px+qy= -28-qy
2px+qy+qy=-28
2px+2qy=-28
Here a2 is 2p ,b2 is 2q,c2 is -28
Now for infinite solutions we have
a1/a2 =b1/b2=c1/c2
2p/2= 2q/3= -28/7
2p/2= -28/7
P= -4
2q/3= -28/7
2q/3= -4
q=-6
