Now,
Cos 2a = 1- 2cos²a = 1-2(3/5)² 1- 2(9/25) = 1- 18/25

Cos²a + sin²a = 1
(3/5)² + sin²a = 1
9/25 + sin²a = 1
sin²a = 1- 9/25
sin²a = 25-9/25

Sin2a = 2 sin a cos a
= 2(4/5) (3/5)
