find x:-

40°+x+25°=180° (linear pair)

x+65°=180°

x=180°-65°

x=115°

find z:-

x+25°+z=180° (linear pair)

115°+25°+z=180°

140°+z=180°

z=180-140

z=40°

find y:-

z+y+40°=180° (linear pair)

40°+y+40°=180°

80°+y=180°

y=180°-80°

y=100°

values:-

  • x=115°
  • x=115°z=40°
  • x=115°z=40°y=100°

Step-by-step explanation:

find x: 40°+x+25°=180° (linear pair)

x+65°=180°

x=180°-65°

x=115°

find z : x+25°+z=180° (linear pair)

115°+25°+z=180°

140°+z=180°

z=180-140

z=40°

find y: z+y+40°=180° (linear pair)

40°+y+40°=180°

80°+y=180°

y=180°-80°

y=100°

values: x=115°

x=115°z=40°

x=115°z=40°y=100°

Hope this is helpful for you.
