In 1st part).                                              y = 180-120 (linear pair) Y=60degree X =  50+60+x=180  (angle sum property) X=110+x=180 =180-110=70degree x=70 degree

1) 120°+y = 180° (linear pair)  = y = 60°  x+50°+y = 180° (angle sum property) = x+50°+60°=180° = x+110°=180° =x= 180°-110° = x = 70°  2) x=60° ( vertically opposite angles)   40°+x+y= 180° ( angle sum property) =40° +60°+y =180° = 100° + y=180° = y = 180°-100° = y = 80°  3) y=90° ( vertically opposite angles)  y+x+x = 180° = 90° + 2x = 180° = 2x = 180° - 90° = 90° =2x =90° = x = 90°/2 = x = 45°  Hope it helps u.........
