Find the values of x and y in the figures given below.​

1).In Figure 1 , we have,

        angle x° and y° ,

also we have two sides equal

therefore angles opposite to equal sides are also equal.

so, in short ; x° = y°

similarly,by applying angle sum property of triangle,we get

x+y+30=180

2x=180-30  =>>  x=75°=y

2).In this figure it is a parallelogram inscribed  in a circle,

so in parallelogram opposite sides are equal and also opposite angles are equal ,

         so, x°=110°  ,    y°=85°

3). In last figure ; clearly mentioned that

>> x° = 90°  

so , x+y+50=180          {ANGLE SUM PROPERTY OF TRIANGLE}

>>  y = 40°
