In ∆ADC

x + 50° + 70° = 180° ( Sum of angle of a triangle)

x = 180° - 120°

 {\fbox  {x  =  60\degree}}

In ∆ ABC

 \angle A \:  +  \angle B +  \angle \: C = 180 \degree

53° + 50° + y + 70° = 180°

y = 180 - 173°

 \fbox{y = 7°}

 \red{value \: of \: x \: is   \green \ \: \: 60 \degree and \: value \: of \: y \: is \: 7 \degree}
