x = 180 - 142

x = 38°

84 + z = 180 z = 180 - 84

z = 96°

• sum of all angles of triangle is 180°

20 + z + y = 180 20 + 96 + y = 180

y = 180 - 116 = 64

y = 64°

Therefore, x = 38° , y = 64° and z = 96°
