The point will be on y-axis.Therefore by distance formula,
 {y}^{2}  +  {3}^{2}  =   {4 }^{2}  \\ y =  \sqrt{7}  \: or \: y =  -  \sqrt{7 }  \\ therefore \: the \: points \: are \\ (0. \sqrt{7} ) \: and \: (0. -  \sqrt{7} )
