We know that

the sum of a quadrteral is 360°

so, 60°+80°+120°+r=360°

260°+r = 360°

r= 360°-260°

r = 100

x = 180 - 120 = 60
y = 180 - 80 = 100
z = 180 - 60 = 120

As sum of interior angles of a quadrilateral adds up to 360
r = 360 - (60 + 80 + 120) = 360 - 260 = 100

Using linear pair we can find:
w = 180 - 100 = 80

We observe that the sum exterior angles of the quadrilateral add up to 360 degrees.
i.e. x + y + z + w
= 60 + 100 + 120 + 80 = 360
